FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1What time do the gates open?
The gates open at 12pm. and our first artist takes to the stage at 1pm.
2What time does the event finish?
Our headliner will start at 10pm and finish at 11pm where guests will be asked to leave the festival site.
3Can I bring my own chair?
Guests are welcome to bring their own small chairs, however gazebos, tents and tables are not allowed.
4Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Strictly NO food and drink is allowed to be brought in from outside the venue. Anything found will be confiscated.

5Can I bring my dog?
No dogs will be allowed to enter the festival with the exception of asssistance dogs.
6I’m disabled, how will I access Hits On The Pitch?
Disability access will be separate and clearly signposted on arrival by one of our stewards.
7Is there disability parking?
Disabled parking is available in the carpark.
8Can I Pay with Cash?
All bars will be cashless. Trade stands is subject to trader discretion.
9Can I buy tickets at the gate?
There will be a limited number of tickets available on the gate. However, to avoid disappointment, we advise you purchase ahead of time here.
10What time is last entry?
6pm.
11Can I leave and re-enter?
Once entered, you will not be allowed to leave, unless for an emergency.
12Is there parking?
There will be limited parking, but we advise you make your way to the festival either by taxi, walking or sharing lifts. please do not park anywhere not permitted or in front of peoples houses.
