2What are the gate times?
Gates open for 12noon and the festival curfew is 10pm.

Set times and stage splits will be available closer to the time of the festival.

6What do VIP TICKETS INCLUDE?
• Festival entry ticket
• Dedicated VIP entrance lane
• Access to an exclusive VIP area
• Private viewing platform for the main stage - subject to platform capacity
• Seating area in the VIP space (any seating is subject to availability and not stage facing; seating type is not limited to but may include beanbags/benches)
• VIP Bar*
• Separate posh toilets for the VIP area
*Kindly be advised that you are responsible for paying for your own food and beverages

7I’m disabled, how will I access Hits On The Pitch?
Disability access will be separate and clearly signposted on arrival by one of our stewards.
8Is there disability parking?
Disabled parking is available in the carpark.
9Can I Pay with Cash?
All bars will be cashless. Trade stands is subject to trader discretion.
10Can I buy tickets at the gate?
There will be a limited number of tickets available on the gate. However, to avoid disappointment, we advise you purchase ahead of time here.
11What time is last entry?
6pm.
12Is there parking?
There will be limited parking, but we advise you make your way to the festival either by taxi, walking or sharing lifts. Please do not park anywhere not permitted or in front of peoples houses. Tickets here.
13WHAT IS THE AGE RESTRICTION?
There are no age restrictions. All under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult 18+.
Everyone must have a valid ticket upon entry.
14CAN I BRING A BAG TO THE FESTIVAL?
Any bag bigger than A4 will not be allowed on to site and we do not have a bag storage area. We strongly recommend you do not bring a bag to the event as it will slow down your entry and increase queuing time.
15WHAT ITEMS ARE NOT PERMITTED?
• Bags bigger than an A4 piece of paper will not be allowed including backpacks
• Illegal substances – we operate a zero tolerance on drugs/legal highs and entry will be refused for those attempting to enter the event with any.
• Medication – please ensure you bring a prescription to coincide with any medication if you are bringing this for security to check on arrival.
• Glass (of any kind) or cans including spray cans or gas canisters
• Laser equipment or pens
• Fireworks, flares, Chinese lanterns, klaxons, air horns or other similar items capable of making loud noise and any item which may reasonably be considered for use as a weapon
• Bicycles, skateboards, scooters, roller blades, personal motorised vehicles (unless a Motability scooter – see Disability Access Information)
• Large umbrellas or parasols of any kind
• You may be searched on entry to the event site. Any items that may be used in an illegal or offensive manner will be confiscated. No responsibility is given for the return of confiscated items. If you are in possession of illegal substances you may be arrested
• Food & Drink, although you may bring your own refill water bottle.
• Animals (with the exception of assistance dogs), are not permitted at any time.

16WHAT IS THE FESTIVAL'S POLICY ON DRUGS AND ALCOHOL?
Hits On The Pitch operates a zero tolerance policy on drugs.
We reserve the right to refuse entry if we feel that you are drunk and/or under the influence of drugs, and no ticket refunds will be issued.
Illegal and antisocial behaviour will not be tolerated and will lead to ejection from the event without a refund.
If you are lucky enough to look under 25 you will be asked for I.D to purchase alcohol. The venue reserves the right to refuse service. Acceptable ID includes photographic driving licence, British passport, or photographic identification bearing the “PASS” logo and the person’s date of birth.
It is an offence to attempt to purchase alcohol if you are under the age of 18

17CAN I CAMP AT HITS ON THE PITCH?
This event is a non-camping event.
HITS ON THE PITCH don’t have any affiliated accommodation sites.
However, there are various locations near to the festival where you can search for accommodation.
18CAN I APPLY FOR PRESS ACCREDITATION?
Press accreditation has now closed.
